That's why we offer a 30-night comfort guarantee on all NUVIA products.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, please contact our support team and we'll help find a solution.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be in reasonable condition.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The order must have been purchased directly from our website.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may be unable to accept returns for:

  • Products altered after delivery

Refund Process
